Charles Mill Lake is a reservoir located in Richland and Ashland counties in Ohio, United States. It was created by the construction of Charles Mill Dam on the Black Fork of the Mohican River in 1935. The lake covers an area of 1,350 acres and has over 30 miles of shoreline. It is a popular destination for boating, fishing, camping, hiking, and picnicking. Some of the fish species that can be caught in the lake include bluegill, crappie, bass, and catfish. The lake is also home to various wildlife species such as beavers, muskrats, and waterfowl.
